I bring to my practice over twenty-five years of experience as a licensed psychologist, and a broad life experience. I practice an integral psychology. Wikipedia quotes that it is a “psychology that is inclusive or holistic rather than exclusivist or reductive, and values and integrates multiple explanations and methodologies.” That is to say, I meet clients where they are psychologically, and in a timely fashion, come to know them and apply a psychotherapy that is appropriate for, and conducive to, their healing. I create a safe and supportive space in which clients can experience relief and relaxation, as we work together on the challenges that they share with me. Healing occurs as we work together to find ways to live life more fully, authentically, and to find a joy that perhaps has been lost or forgotten. With plenty of free parking and located on the border between Clayton and Concord, my office is situated near the crossroads of Ygnacio Valley Road and Clayton Road, making it an easy destination from Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Clayton, and Pittsburg.
